Inovation Cons - My Digital Construct facilitates the integration of refugees in Romania through a comprehensive program called Economic Inclusion, tailored to meet their specific needs.

The process includes:

  • Accredited Romanian Language Courses: These courses are specifically designed to help refugees acquire the language skills necessary for quick and effective integration into Romanian society.
  • Professional Training: We offer accredited professional training programs that enable participants to develop skills relevant to the Romanian job market, facilitating their integration into the workforce both locally and across Europe.
  • Employment Support: We assist refugees in identifying job opportunities by connecting them with employers willing to integrate them into their teams. Our support extends to bilingual contracts and ongoing assistance.
  • Employer Monitoring: We provide long-term support by monitoring employers to ensure the professional integration of refugees takes place under optimal conditions, with their rights being respected.

 

 

Social and economic integration of foreigners citizens in Romania.

ANC accredited Romanian language courses, as well as qualification,professional reconversion with ANC certificate/diploma, recognized atEuropean level.

Their access to the European labor market, proven by legal contracts,monitored monthly and the reporting of existing situations throughoutthe collaboration through MyDigitalConstruct.

Financial independence will allow an increasing standard of living, sustainability in a foreign country, other than the one of origin, butalso the economic growth of Romania through taxes and expenses onthe territory of the country.
