STRUCTURE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (INSPECTOR) COURSE

 

  1. Electronic Employee Records Register

    • Use of the REVISAL program

    • Practical applications

  2. Legislative Framework

    • Recording of hires, changes, and terminations of individual labor contracts in the employee records register

    • Making corrections in the employee records register

  3. Individual Employment Contract

    • Drafting / execution / modification / suspension / termination of individual employment contracts

    • Preparation of necessary documentation

    • Presentation of legal cases

    • Case studies and practical applications

    • Unfixed-term, fixed-term, part-time, telecommuting, and home-based contracts

    • Mandatory and specific clauses of individual employment contracts

    • Modifications to individual employment contract clauses

    • Regulations on working time, annual leave, overtime, night work, and rest periods

    • Suspension of individual employment contracts

    • Termination of individual employment contracts (resignation, mutual agreement, or dismissal)

  4. Collective Labor Agreement at the Unit Level

    • Obligations for collective bargaining

    • Conclusion, modification, suspension, and termination of the collective labor agreement

    • Legal framework presentation

  5. Preparation of Payroll for Contractual Staff

    • Calculation of net salaries for employees with or without a primary position, on full-time or part-time contracts

    • Deductions for maintenance based on income and dependent persons

    • Payment for overtime, night shifts, weekend work, and work on holidays

    • Calculation of leave and temporary incapacity benefits

    • Employer contributions

    • Practical applications

  6. Law no. 263/2010 on the Unit Pension System

    • Conditions for granting old-age, early, partial early, and disability pensions

    • Beneficiaries of early retirement with reduced pension age

    • Examples of old-age retirement, early retirement, and partial early retirement

    • Preparation of the pension file

    • Categories of pensioners who can cumulate pension with income from professional activity

  7. Law no. 76/2002 on the Unemployment Insurance System and Employment Promotion

    • Conditions for granting unemployment benefits

    • Amount of unemployment benefits

    • Suspension and termination of unemployment rights

    • Subsidies for employers hiring from the unemployed pool

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

  • Copy of identity card/passport/residence permit

  • Copy of birth certificate (if not in English, German, Italian, or Spanish, it must be legally translated into Romanian)
