The Cooking Course is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop their culinary skills and obtain an officially recognized qualification. Accredited by the Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry of Labour, this professional training program provides the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to become a competent chef, ready for the job market.

Course Details:

  • Theory: Thursdays, 16:00 – 20:00 (first 8 weeks), live via Zoom

  • Practice: Partner location or workplace, for 10 weeks

📌 Format: Theoretical courses and practical workshops in professional kitchens
📌 Certification: Accredited diploma recognized nationally and internationally
📌 Employment Opportunities: Restaurants, hotels, catering, pastry shops, or your own business

Enrollment Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: 8/10 grades (mandatory education)

📌 Mandatory Education Based on Graduation Year:

  • 1962 – 1974 – Completion of 8 grades

  • 1975 – 1990 – Completion of 10 grades

  • 1991 – 2003 – Completion of 8 grades

  • 2004 – Present – Completion of 10 grades

 
Important Information for Enrollment

📌 Foreign Studies: If your studies were completed abroad, you must provide a document certifying the equivalence of your studies in Romania.

📌 Exam Structure:

  • Multiple-choice test

  • Technology sheet, describing the preparation process of a dish
