Diplomas

Diploma Issuance

Diplomas are issued exclusively by My Digital Construct in Bucharest, on previously established days/times, as follows:

• To the course holder, upon presentation of their identification document, or
• To an authorized person (spouse, father, mother, or another individual) based on a notarized power of attorney (legal basis: Order 501/8.10.2003 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Order 5253/16.10.2003 issued by the Ministry of Education regarding the Methodology for the Certification of Adult Vocational Training, Article 29).
