Romanian Language Courses for Foreign Nationals
In accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO - OUG) No. 32/2026
To: Employers, companies, public institutions and organizations employing foreign nationals in Romania
Dear Partners,
In the context of the entry into force of OUG No. 32/2026, which establishes the obligation for employers to provide foreign workers with Romanian language courses, as well as elements of social and cultural integration, for a period of at least 6 months and a minimum of 6 hours per week, we are pleased to present our training offer dedicated to foreign nationals living and working in Romania.
My Digital Construct is a modern educational platform offering training and integration programs for foreign nationals, developed by experts in teaching Romanian as a foreign language.
The academic coordination is provided by Maricica Ciubara, an international expert in the integration and inclusion of foreign nationals, author of Romanian language textbooks for foreign learners, and a trainer with extensive experience in projects implemented in cooperation with public authorities, international organizations and educational institutions.
What we offer
1. Romanian language courses for foreign nationals
- Levels: A0, A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2;
- Adapted for employees, refugees, students and their family members;
- Online, in-person or hybrid learning;
- Groups organized according to language level and professional field;
- Teachers and trainers specialized in teaching Romanian as a foreign language.
2. Social and cultural integration modules
In accordance with the requirements of GEO No. 32/2026, the program includes:
- Romanian culture and the values of Romanian society;
- Workers’ rights and obligations;
- Communication in the workplace;
- Interaction with public institutions;
- Health and safety regulations;
- Everyday life in Romania.
3. Dedicated digital platform for foreign nationals in Romania
Through the platform:
course participants benefit from:
- permanent access to educational materials;
- video lessons and interactive exercises;
- progress monitoring;
- assessment tests;
- reports for employers;
- certificates of participation and completion, which may be uploaded to the Romanian Government platform, respectively the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI): Work in Romania.

Course organization
